If you are interested in Sep intake,here is my plan for you.
1.Try to complete IELTS first at least by March.
2.Then finish GMAT as early as possible.I think you are already late,Since competition is tough for top ranked institutes,make it fast.
3.Worst condition,you can get a placement at least in medium univ with out GMAT.
4.Since you don't have 3 yrs of Managerial exp, try to post a high total which can negotiate your weaker areas.
5.Find univ,where exp is not stressed highly.
6.If MBA is not so urgent,then gather another 1 yr additional exp which could land you in top order.....

2 i am currently working an by august hopefully having 32 months experience
3 currently what are the university that i can target as i cannot wait for 1 more year but can look for january intake if any

Plan for Sep intake-
1.IELTS mandatory unless your mode of teaching is not English starting from school to univ.That is what rule says.........But if you have IELTS then it could be easy to get in.
2.With out GMAT,top order may not be possible since you don't have strong exp back up and aptitude score.
3.Start applying now itself with an impressive CV and SOP

Plan for Jan intake-
1.Post a good GMAT and IELTS score
2.An impressive CV and SOP.
3.then top order is feasible.


What is your budget?.It is very very important factor.

Pay wise I am not sound enough to advise.......Refer FT,TOP MBA sites,which can help you a bit.

as far budget is concern i can invest 15-16 lacs provided i get a good university what is the range of GMAT score is required for good college as i can prepond my gmat exam in may also as i am comfortable with it, please specify some university for september intake where i should apply and one more important thing i had 4-5 months experience of NGO also So combining all that i can make it to 3 yr by july ..............

Kindly specify university for sept intake as well as january intake

Fees alone will come around 15 lacs+ for best univ.With this budget let us focus on middle order.For middle order any thing around 600+ or 650+ is enough.Some univ do offer with out GMAT also.If possible have a visit to near by consultancy.Some consultancies offer for free.It will be worth enough rather than trying in forums........

But one thing i want to ask from you that as far as budget is concern i have to take a education loan, which i have to pay in later years hence if i invest more my return should be according to that and as far as university is considered i want to pursue my MBA from the best university ..................so kindly suggest me what i should do as now its high time to decide otherwise i will miss this year admissions

one more thing as far hult is considered what GMAt score is sufficient .

I can very much appreciate the investment needed to start your MBA. It might also be worth looking at Hult's one year MBA financial aid page (http://www.hult.edu/mba-program/admissions/financial-aid). Many international students are awarded scholarships, fellowships and loans each year. It might be worth talking to a recruiter to see what options are available to you.

As far as minimum GMAT scores, it's hard to say because each student is looked at on a case by case basis. What you may lack in one area, you might make up for in another.

Good luck with your decision. I'd suggest going through all of your options, thinking about what your priorities are (type of programme, location, cost, etc.) and go from there. All the best!

i appreciate what you had said but i think that was a diplomatic answer i am right now going through the financial aid in terms of scholarship i can get but apart from that will it cost me around 57k ...............one important thing you think that i have a profile to really get through the university also apart from HULT Which university i can go for ......

1.Let me finish the job you have given to me........Getting into Strathclyde is very very difficult with out a good GMAT, IELTS and minimum of 3 yrs of managerial exp.I stress again, the word "managerial" not a mere exp.They have a good demand worldwide.
2.Glasgow has small intake of 40 to 45.Accredited with AACSB and AMBA.Start trying now itself.
3.Aberdeen and New castle is also good.
4.Rest I have no idea....

i had a discussion with the counceller and he is saying that i can apply and get through the strath. univerity option but my worry is employbility as glasgow is a small place where option is limited ,also i have pretty decent academics with 2.5 yrs of work exp which is in handling dealer network so i can say a type of managerial task to manage all dealers ,also there is MBM coures offered by the university what you suggest should i go for the university and if yes then MBA OR MBM.........i am having conditional offer from aberdeen university also

I have no idea on MBM........I am referring on MBA....If you could able to get an admission for a MBA program in Strathclyde , then stick with your counselor.Need not think on any other options......To my knowledge getting into Strathclyde MBA is the best program I personally feel.......Forget about employment.......There is no hard and fast rule that you should serve only in Glasgow......You got plenty of options.....Strathclyde has its own brand value....Check with others........

As far as exp is concerned your CV and SOP should explain following things............
1.Managerial exp(Middle mgmt and top mgmt preferred)
2.You should have exp on man power administration(subordinates)
3.Amount of financial transaction handled........
4.Your level in present organization hierarchy

If you have these qualities then success is inevitable...

as far as your 4 points fo managerial level are concern then i do not fulfill your 4th point as i am in the bottom of the heriachey rest is i an handeling 21 dealers along with their manpower also handeling the budget of 1700 lacs ,along with the collection of the sales so i have pretty decent experience for MBA just clear my worry for employability so that i can decide as i am already running out of time

My position is much similar to yours........But the point is I think MBA as a long term investment.I don't think growth of next 5 yrs but I think about growth of next 15 years.My question is, In case if you don't get an employment in UK what will be your pay in India?Will you be thrown to the bottom of any Indian organization hierarchy....A big no............When a Great lakes candidate makes 10 to 22 lacs p.a as a entry level pay Can't you make that money if you are from a FT ranked institute?

Then you could raise a question.......I could have invested the same money in India....Why should I invest there?....World wide only one univ in India got picked in FT.....whereas approximately 30 from US,10 from UK got picked......

In generic terms becoz of recession it may take some more time to recover for UK.......Fingers crossed.......

Hi, sorry this is a bit unrelated with the on going topic, I am looking for a economical MBA option in UK something which I can wrap up under 8000 GBP, I cant seem to find any also should be listed on the tier 4 sponsors register and should be A graded. please help.

Try London school of business and finance-5.4K in Birmingham campus.........Roehampton-around 8K.......British institute of technology and ecommerce-6K......I think there are about 10 schools for your budget.Try in web.....I am not sure about grading.......
