RSM is a good Business school and offers the possibility to specialize on leadership and entrepreneurship - it is one of the best 2 tier schools out there - check out the program structure:

i heard lots of good about this school - it is very international, and supposed to have a decent carrier service.

about the waiting - well, it is up to you to decide, but if you do have good academics and high GMAT you should try getting in to a top tier one.

That's true - HEC and Tanaka are very good business schools!

I do not know about Vlerick. But Cranfield, Tanaka and HEC are NOT 2nd tier B Schools...rather top ones... Though most wont agree with me on this but you can place Manchester in the 2nd tier cz its constantly depreciating its value... EIU rankings are testimony to that (plz note FT rankings contain MBS' data from the 2004 audit hence not current at all).

If you are really hunting for a 2nd tier B School consider Aston, Birmingham, Henley etc in UK...regarding other European countries...I am afraid I wont be able to help u out...

Sorry, I just used that term uncorrectly. Now I see that 2nd tier is not what I meant. I meant a good school with somewhat more relaxed admission requirements. In other words, the equivalent in Europe to the US schools which are not Harvard, Wharton, Stanford, but are good anyway.

Tanaka, Cranfield-SOM and MBS all have very stringent admission criteria...Try Bradford, Leeds, Aberdeen, Newcastle, Glasgow etc in the UK...Plz note the list is not exhaustive...do a proper research...

Oh...u r not a pest just a bit confused...its natural...dont worry...lemme help u out point-by-point.

1. among Tanaka, Cranfield and MBS...Cranfield is THE best in terms of course content...no matter what you have heard or read...take my word for it. Cranfield is very difficult to get into...one of the finest MBA programs in the UK...Sorry, I don't know about HEC.

2. Whether u should apply to other European/American B School is entirely your decision...nobody can answer that here...Go to a career counseller in this regard..

3. I believe all the B Schools mentioned by you have entrepreneurship as a core/elective paper...I am sorry I dont know which is best for entrepreneurship...go to the British Council lib and pick up the Princeton Reveiw's Compendium of Business Schools.

4. dont worry about soft skills/leadership...MBA is meant to produce leaders.

Advice -- do proper research...fiddle with FT, EIU, QS, BW rankings...refer Forbes list...take a little bit of pain to dig out the HM's HSMP list...network in Orkut/Yahoo Groups etc...
