Just getting out of undergrad; my experience, for various reasons, was not a pleasant one. This had its affects on my grades which averaged between a B and B+. Tier 2 school.
With new perspective, and hopefully opportunity, I would like to enroll in a tier one MBA program. However, I don't have the grades or any connections that will get me in.
I was giving thought to completing an MBA at a tier 2 or tier 3 (not convinced there would be much a difference if my goal is to enter a tier 1 program) school, and then apply to a tier 1 afterward. FYI, an MBA at my current school or a specific 3 tier school would take 2 semesters because of transferable classes from undergrad.
I plan on working in between each step; having roughly 3-4 years work experience at a minimum before I would apply to a top MBA.
Questions: Can I get 2 MBAs? (if I can only get 1 mba) Given my situation, how could I get into a top MBA program? Also, any suggestions?
I would appreciate any advice, Thanks!
