Most reputable US universities ask for at least two years of work experience. I would say that maybe by the time admissions for next years happen you may be there. But that depends on the rest of your profile. The C average doesn't really inspire confidence... You've got to look for other things that admissions committees would be interested in: volunteer experience, extra curriculars, etc.

The other big part of your application is going to be your GMAT score, which in some cases can make up for a poor GPA. Have you taken it yet, or do you have an indication on how well you'd do (ie practice testing)?
