What are your career goals? Finance is a core MBA topic, so unless you want to drill down into something specialized or highly quantitative, you may just want to stick with a general MBA.
I would start with this list:
http://www.find-mba.com/specializations/12/financeUnfortunately, your GMAT score is on the low side for a school that has a strong focus in finance. With your profile, this is going to be the single most important part of your application, if you want to increase your chances of landing a job after graduation. A school like Kent State is fine, but won't have the same level of career support for international students as a school like NYU Stern, Wharton, etc.
And then there's location. If you want to work in financial services, I'd suggest looking at schools closer to Wall Street (Stern, Columbia, even Fordham) - or if you are looking at specific corporate finance jobs, like energy industry finance for example, you'd want to look at places like Texas (Mays, McCombs, etc.) or a business school that's generally strong in finance (Rochester).
The short of it is, without boosting your GMAT score, your options will be extremely limited.
