Advice Needed: Purdue vs. Illinois vs. Wake Forest

I am weighing the pros and cons of doing an MBA at one of the following schools:

Purdue (Krannert)
Illinois (Urbana-Champaign)
Wake Forest

I'm currently working in product development for a mid-sized appliance company. I'd like to transition into a marketing role, somewhere in the consumer products industry. These schools all have good placements in consumer products, and similar average salaries (according to Businessweek).

Should I just apply to all three and see what happens? Are there other schools that would better match my career goals?

You are on the right track, these are all strong schools for consumer goods placements. I would think about geography, research the school's locations and see what's around them in terms of firms that you may want to work for.

Also, have you considered Minnesota - Carlson? It usually has strong placements in consumer goods.
