Best MBAs in and around the Midwest...excluding Chicago

So, I'm based in Texas. I am looking for a list of the best MBA programs in the state and nearby. I can do a full-time program but I kind of bound to the San Antonio area for family reasons.

Here is my list so far... UT Austin, Houston, Texas A&M, UT Dallas, Rice, Vanderbilt (Tennessee), Thunderbird....

I feel like Iowa, Wisconsin, and Illinois might be too far away. Maybe that's ridiculous to rule out schools that are just an hour further on the plane.

What are your priorities in looking for a program? Price, class schedule (full time or part time), name brand, specialization, etc.

There are a lot of good schools in the Chicago area. Kellogg and Boothe are probably at the top of the list.
