Go to USC. USC has arguably the most extensive alumni network in the world. Everywhere on earth you go, you will find a fellow USC alum. That = opportunities +$$$!
Marshall is highly respected and has a much better location for business than Emory which is in suburban Georgia. Inter-racial relations are not the best in Georgia (besides Atlanta), however in LA, you have the benefits of a global city. USC is the largest employer in Southern California, after the government. You have the best networking and study abroad opportunities around. Los Angeles is the American gateway to the Asia Pacific region, just as New York is to Europe. Atlanta is a growing city, but cannot compare to Los Angeles and does not come close in terms of job opportunities. Emory is a great school, but does not have the name recognition that USC does, which is very important. keep that in mind when making your decision. My USC degree has already helped my immensely... I remember visiting Emory and remarking that it (Atlanta) would be a great place to visit for a weekend - nothing more.

USC IBEAR MBA program caters to experienced candidates (mid-level professionals) (Av age - 33, avg experience - 11 years)...

USC isn't even the largest private employer in LA County let alone all of Southern Cal http://www.laalmanac.com/employment/em21e.htm.
And they have "a lot" of alumni? They don't enroll a particularly high number of students, I don't know what this is supposed to mean. SC alum are known for networking, but I think that has to do with necessity due to their lack of national prestige more than anything else. Having said all of that, even though it's not a top business school it's still a good option due to location.

Well speaking about USC's 1 yr IBEAR MBA , does it fare well in getting the students recruited to Media companies..given the fct that its located in LA...?

When i saw the recruiters for IBEAR i could only find some bluechip and/or manufacturing companies but no walt disneys/warner bros/SKY/CNBC/CNN there in the list? any views on the suitability of USC 1 yr MBA for ppl like me who wannu get into Media and Entertainment industry?
