Dear Forum members,
Hi! I am applying to some MBA schools in the US which require me to fill the financial certificate form to secure I-20.
I want to ask you all 2 questions:
1. The financial certificate form requires me or my sponsor to show sufficient cash in bank to fund my studies. If I can show the equivalent amount as the sum total of cash in bank, bonds and mutual funds and immovable assets, is it acceptable by the University? Moreover, can bankers certify the worth of immovable assets or I have to get it certified by some other agency?
2. If I secure a US visa based on one I-20 form sent by a University and later on, after receiving an I-20 from a better University, if I change my mind to attend the second University, will I have to notify the embassy of change of school or go for Visa interview again.
My queries could be too basic but I thank you for replying to these.
