Hello everyone,
My name is Manuel and I am an Italian business lawyer with 5 years of work experience gained in prominent law firm and currently working in the European Union International Trade Sector as legal specialist.
I am very interested in complementing my legal background with business in order to expand my career horizons. Given my background I am very interested in international business and management.
For this reason I would like to know if somebody as any review of the TUfts Fletcher Master of International Business. It looks very appealing to me for its hybrid curriculum which combines traditional business subjects with geopolitics and allow to analyze business with global lens.
My postgraduate goal is to be equipped with skills that would allow me to both working in companies in roles like business developement/ export manager as well in international organizations or multilateral sector.
While I know that Fletcher is mainly known as an excellent brand for International Relations I believe this program May align well with my professional interests. They also offered me a consistent scholarship (60k).
I would like to know an assessment of this program and some opinions that may help m me to choose.

You don't seem to have *very* specific career goals. Do you want to work in Francophone Europe, elsewhere? The Fletcher School has no great track record of placing people outside the US, or into private sector roles. The program context is the very last place to start with. Focus on your goals. See the programs taken by people in those roles. See which of them has the best skills fit with what you need to learn.

Yeah, it's a great school and has a great reputation in the US, but probably won't have the same level of post-degree career support that would be typical for ranked MBA programs or MiM programs, especially not in Europe.

A scholarship is all well and good, but if there is a better program out there with a stronger ROI, a scholarship will only help in the short term.

Clarify your goals, and then do some research on the graduates of this program and what they're currently doing, before making your decision.
