Masters/MBA in USA

I was hoping to get some help in deciding a set of schools that I could I apply to in the US according to my profile:
Female/23/IT Engineering Graduate with 1 and a half years of work experience and a GMAT score of 720.
Considering the fact that my work experience is far from the bare minimum expected in most of the universities, I realize that may not be left with many options. I'm aiming get into the Retail and Marketing Field after I'm done with my Master's.
Also, are there any MS courses that I could consider?

The programs that you're talking about are generally called "masters in management" or "masters of science in management" programs. There are some fairly good ones in the US. For instance:

Kellogg: Russell Fellows Program
Duke - Fuqua: Masters of Management Studies
Michigan - Ross: Master of Management

These are generally aimed at students who did their undergrads in liberal arts or other fields. There are other programs, offered by schools like MIT Sloan, which are for people who studied business already, either in college or through a non-US MBA.

Check those out and do some more research. I think retail/marketing roles would not be a stretch out of one of these programs, but you may also consider a specialized masters: Columbia has a Master of Science in Marketing, for instance, and that program has a strong focus on analytics if that's your thing.

How are the MS in Marketing programs at Columbia, USC and NYU in terms of placements? Also, would they be a reach for me considering my profile?
