There aren't a lot of MBA programs that have specific information technology programs. You might want to consider a general MBA at a technology oriented school, like UCI's Merage, MIT's Sloan, etc. Those schools would certainly have the resources for interaction with the IT sector. In fact, students at Merage have the opportunity to work closely with CRITO (Center for Research on Information Technology and Organizations,) an IT-oriented research center on the UCI campus.
Another option is an MISM (Master of Information Systems Management.) Carnegie Mellon has a highly respected MISM program, as do other universities.
