In general, I would like to broaden my opportunities, get a graduate degree and land a better job.
I am interested in entrepreneurship: business consultant or a mid level management position. Although I have not made up my mind fully yet.

You might find a career aptitude test could help you to focus on the option that will make the best use of your skills and make you happiest. If you have a clearer career plan, that will help you to get admitted.

I think that Santa Clara usually recruits students with higher GMAT scores than your projected score.

Why not also look at SFSU? It's not in the valley per se but close enough.

If you're an international student who wants to transition to working in California, though, you'll probably want a higher GMAT score so that you can target schools like Stanford and Haas. Even UC Davis, even though it's not really in the Valley either, would usually be a better option for most international students.

But Duncan's right, you need to really hone your career goals before you make a decision about which MBA to do.
