Yes, I think "corporate strategy / consulting role or within technology" is a very broad area, and you'll find it easier to get into a great school if you show you have a strong opening hypothesis and have selected a school that's better than average at helping you meet your goal.

The bigger the shift, the more you'll need a full-time degree.

I am a civil engineer with more than 1+ year experience before I left to pursue my passion as an entrepreneur, co-founded a digital consulting startup (Advertising & Marketing) for a more than a year now.

I believe getting an MBA will help me to better position myself to be able to manage the consulting firm & an engineering firm in a few years to come after my MBA.

I need advice on maybe It right for me to pursue the MBA at the moment?

I'd take Duncan's advice, narrow the field (and maybe companies) of your research and take the GMAT: then you can search on Linkedin where the companies you want to work in mostly recruit.
Also, it is not mentioned, but where do you live/wand to work? I suppose UK, but that's not specified and will be crucial in your choice.

I took a full-time MBA from MIP Politecnico di Milano, which is good but not a top school for sure: we had the chance to interact with the part-time MBA students and many of them were just seeking for a career advance rather than a shift.
Some of my classmates instead were successful in shifting from technical roles to strategic/management consulting.
So I'd go for the full-time if you're looking for a career change.

Then you can start selecting the schools: supposing you want to stay in the UK, if your undergrad GPA is very high and you can get to a 650-700 GMAT you may look at the tier-1 BSs (LBS, Warwick, Imperial, Said, Judge...).
Of course your budget is also a factor.

You'd need to get over 700 for the full time MBA at LBS, at the least.

I believe that most companies recruiting for Corporate Strategy roles will drool over your experience and brand names. Try to get into the best (well known) MBA program that you can in the country where you want to work/live.
