These are both nicely designed and highly flexible degrees. Manitoba's September start allows a 12-month completion, but is a 60-credit degree compared to 30 credits at Ottowa. So, I guess sit depends on how big a career leap you want: small step, Ottowa; big step Manitoba. The MBA experience will be much better, especially because you will study alongside both full-time and flex students, expanding your network and getting a lot of insight into businesses.
