I'd say that Sloan is the best choice here, but rather generically, if only because it generally outscores the others in terms of salary statistics and rankings.
However, it would ultimately depend on the roles you are looking at, since Sloan's salary statistics are arguably driven up by the school's placements in finance and consulting.
It does, however, have good relationships with recruiters like Google, Amazon, Microsoft, etc. - so if that's the kind of firm you're looking to go into, then MIT would be a strong choice.
I would say that Tepper's IT and MIS placements are broader - they do place in Google, but also in hardware manufacturers and telecoms.
Smith is interesting. Although the program has some unique IT electives, I would say that grads don't generally go into the same IT roles as in the other schools, but Smith does place well in the tech industry, in general.
