Odds of HBS with 730 gmat?

Hi all,

I was wondering what my odds were for getting into HBS? I got a 730 GMAT, almost 4 years of work experience (with multiple promotions) in retail brokerage trading, and great essays (worked with a pro). My only problem is my freshmen year of college I had a 1.7 GPA. Every year since has been above a 3, however my overall GPA only rose to a 2.99. What are my odds of getting into HBS?
