I was hoping to get a profile evaluation for a couple of schools; any help would be appreciated?
680 GMAT
2 Years Work experience in analyst type position
3.47 GPA
Medium Quality Letters of Rec.
Working on the essay's, fairly strong quality
Considered HKUST, but experience will definitely be an issue. Looking for international/asian focus, applying second round at: BU, Babson, Sungkyunwan, Possible CEIBS. Any thoughts would be much appreciated!

I think your work experience is going to hold you back. I'd suggest:
Purdue University--West Lafayette (Krannert) (IN)
University of Missouri (Trulaske) (MO)
University of Illinois--Urbana-Champaign (IL)
Baylor University (Hankamer) (TX)
Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey--New Brunswick and Newark (NJ)
University of Alabama (Manderson) (AL)
Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University (Pamplin)
Syracuse University (Whitman) (NY)
Bentley University (McCallum) (MA)
University of Miami (FL)

Agreed that your work experience will be a weak point. It would be better to keep working for another year or two, that would make you more competitive.
Otherwise, there might be second- and third-tier and regional MBA programs in the US that offer concentrations in international business, and may be relevant. I know that Chapman in California has a decent program, with an international business focus, for example.

That's a very nice line of thought. Also look at US MBAs taught abroad. Chapman, Iowa, Purdue have heavily-discounted MBAs available in Europe with slightly easier admissions too.
