second mba (kind of)

I am from an eastern European country where military is mandatory but you can postpone it if you enroll in a form of education. anyways I am planning on applying to b-schools in USA (top 10-15) but I will have to go military in this July unless I postpone it. In order to postpone it I am thinking of registering in a very low ranked easy to get in, online MBA program in my home country. The problem is that when I apply to the business schools in US, would that school cause any problems. I will probably be having a 0.0 gpa from that school since I wont be attending it.

If I dont mention this school in my application would the schools in US or background check companies be able to track it down?

Seems kind of dodgy, not so much because US programs would find out. They probably won'T... but because the military might find out you're postponing service by enrolling in a program you're not actually attending? And why wouldn't you actually attend the program you enroll in anyway?

What if you don't enroll in an MBA program, but perhaps another Masters program instead?
