can i apply to universities that have rolling admissions?

Not many US MBAs offer spring intakes. Columbia has its J-Term intake, and a few other New York schools have spring intakes like St. John's Tobin and Fordham. But there are many more programs in Europe that have spring intakes, if you were interested...
