International student with two very good offers, wanting to go into consulting. UNC $$$$ and UCLA $$ and money is indeed a factor. Not sure whether it should trump prestige or if the difference is so enormous.

I am UCLA Alumni's international career counsellor so I have a bias here. I suggest you take a close look at the placement reports to compare the % of international students who find work. Might might need to calculate it yourself :) Also see
