USA or Canada

Hi,
This is Pankaj here from India.
My profile is as follows :
GMAT - 620
TOEFL iBT - 103
Work Ex - 7.5 years (IT field)
Qualification : Masters in Information Technology
With the above profile, please suggest me suitable schools located in USA and Canada.
If possible, based upon my chances, please suggest me at least 2 safe colleges and 2 moderate colleges from each country.
Please also advice me, why Canada and not USA or why USA and not Canada.
I also want to know, if I am applying now for Fall 2013 admissions, am I losing my chances. Would I be able to improve my chances by applying early for fall 2014 ?

Salaries are higher in the US, and I'd say the MBA experience is generally better there. Four schools with good salaries and average GMAT's around yours are (ranked easy to stretch):
University of Connecticut (CT)
Babson College (Olin) (MA)
University of Arizona (Eller) (AZ)
California Polytechnic State University--San Luis Obispo (Orfalea) (CA)
PS What are your goals?

After completing my MBA, for some years, I want to stay in the country I will graduate from. I am looking for full time MBA (2 years). But please suggest me, with my profile, is this suggestible ? I am looking for International Business, Consultancy and SCM.

Agreed with Duncan on his suggestion for US over Canada, especially if you'd stay for only a few years post-graduation.
It's a stretch based on your GMAT, but Rutgers would be a great option for supply chain management, as it has a specialized MBA program in this field.
Likewise, many George Washington graduates go into consulting jobs, at fairly decent salaries. It's a reach school as well, based on your GMAT, but might be worth looking into.

For USA, I am planning to apply into "Fisher, Brigham and Young, Rutgers and Texas A & M".

Based on your GMAT, I think your best chances are at Alberta and Calgary, and potentially Texas A&M. The others will be stretch schools.
