Hello Vik, most MBA require some years work experience, yes. You can find a handful of MBAs around the world which don't, but not many. Here in this board you'll find some comments about this question. Did you read the section "What is an MBA" on this website? You get some explanantion.
Basically they all require work experience because it's the concept of an MBA. And if not, it's maybe not a serious program, watch out... An MBA is meant for young professionals who already have some work experience.
