What would you consider Asian? A program with an Asian campus? Or a program that has it's roots in Asia?

If it's the former, I would strongly suggest INSEAD Singaporean campus - especially since it's very much inline with your goals of strategic consulting. As for an actual Asian school that places well with consulting companies, I have to confess I have yet to hear of any.

If you're looking to do something else other than shipping and logistics, you may want to look into becoming a professional poker player - it can be very rewarding at times. Alternatively, entrepreneurship by starting your own little business, which can be also much more rewarding than shipping and logistics.

I think in the long run, entrepreneurship has a decent chance of trumping investment banking and consulting in terms of renumeration. Definitely in the area of job satisfaction though. The only problem is that with entrepreneurship, you're responsible for everything, including success - so if you don't want the stress of that, then it's understandable that you would prefer a 8 to 5 job.

I too have little confidence in my poker playing abilities, but who knows ;) A little bit of luck can go a long way! (this probably applies to entrepreneurship too)
