The programs you're looking at are very internationally-oriented, and as such their cohorts will probably not have as many 'locals' as the Japanese-language programs on offer at those schools and elsewhere. This would definitely affect your networking opportunities; if you're ok with networking with students from elsewhere in Asia like China then they could work. Check with the schools but I'm guessing that Japanese students attending these MBAs will probably be in the minority.
Other options depend on your specific goals. If you want to work in MBA-level roles in Japan you'll probably want to look instead at Japanese-language programs but it's not clear how advanced you are in the language.
