Berlin vs Frankfurt for business

Putting schools aside, which one of these cities would make more sense in order to find a job after an MBA? Are they widely different in this sense?

Hugely different.  Business is in the West. GDP per capita in Berlin is half that of the big Western cities. Population is still lower than 1930s. WHU, ESB, FSFM and Mannheim all serve the Frankfurt to Duesseldorf conurbation. Berlin startups and public sector roles rarely offer MBA level salaries.

If you are asking this question you may lack acculturation and language skills.

Frankfurt is one of Germany's most important business centers (mainly financial industry and consulting), whereas Berlin doesn't play an important role in the German business world. Mainly start-ups or NGOs, both with low salary levels.
