I think it's hard to answer this outside of knowing your goals. These are great programmes with very different designs. The HEC EMBA is naturally booked in the rankings by including the salary data of students outside Europe, whose PPP calculations drive up many of the leading multi-continent programmes. I think it's very hard to say, look at the programme design, that HEC is better.

The immigration barriers to those countries are bigger differences than between those MBAs. There's almost no chance of using an MBA as a tool for relocating from Germany to the US.&nbsp; Start with getting more focus on your goals.
