I had a look, they seem to excellent schools! Maybe not so easy to get in?

Just a pity that they are not located in Amsterdam, I would do everything to be able to study in this international city. Is there really no good MBA in Amsterdam?

You really don't need to go to Amsterdam to have it international - I can promise you that an MBA in these three schools will be international too!
First of all students come from all over the world, that is very interesting.
But as well regarding studying: Take the Nimbas MBA - depending on the program you chose, classes of that school are held in Utrecht/NL and in Germany: Bonn, Berlin and one other city. That is a big plus no? (if you value an experience in Germany?)

Of course I would really appreciate a study experience in Germany! NL was my first choice because they have this high density of excellent study possibilities, and because of the culture/mentality. But Germany in that sense is similar ( I guess Dutch don't like to hear this...)

If you are attracted by Amsterdam because its this sweet pittoresque town, you should as well consider Rotterdam! The city is in many aspects similar to Amsterdam, the sea, some canals - without the annoying sides of Amsterdam, which reveals to be a bit a Disneyworld for adolescent drug tourists, a drag....
And priority is studying no? -> Erasmus Univerity is very good school!

I am hesitating now, maybe it is of more use to spent some time in a German speaking surrounding, than in dutch speaking. Dutch seems so difficult as well!
Nimbas tempts me, I admit...

What kind of MBA are you looking for, 1-year or 2-year, or EMBA? Depending on that, you can integrate different locations. For the 2-year part-time MBA f.ex. you can do some units in a German city.

Hi, I definitely intend to do a 2-year MBA course, that's why I am quite interested in this question of language, and about the place where do study.
I have seen that the EMBA offered by Nimbas includes as well other possibilities of intergating a study period in partner schools abroad. I will check out if I fulfill the conditions to be admitted to this program.

If you are willibg and have the time you can learn any language, at least to speak in 6 months. You won't be perfect but you will (1) be able to understand, and two write very badly (most bad gramma) but at least you can put your point across.
I learned to speak Mandarin and Cantonise both in less than six months by living with villagers and monks in Tong Fuk in Lantau Island near Hong Kong. Probarbly the most valuable time of my life. Being a western Mr. know it all, I was thoroughly humbled by the knowledge of those Monks. Many weeks later one of the Monks finally talked to me he said "Uh, u come to learn?" I said yes, he said "Good" I also go America, University Of Chicago do Phd. We became great conversation partners, but clearly the discussion was limping, Not because of language, but because this man knew a whole lot more than I will could know in a double .
lifetime. Yes, language can be a daunting and disabling factor, but if you find the right people to learn from, it becomes a rewarding experience. Try Eindhoven while you are in Netherlands as well. great intellectual society, great bikers and oh yes, the coffee is genuine.

Well, I think it's great to learn an additional language, besides that it is an additional skill you add to your qualification. But instruction language should better be English, in order not to have an infliuence on my results.

I don't think there is an MBA in Eindhoven. And if, it is not known at all.

That's interesting, I always thought Tilburg and Nimbas are 2 of the top Dutch B-schools, but competing!? Who knows more about this new program? As I see it is very internationally orientated and you'd benefit of studying in various locations not only in Europe, sounds great!

Well Jörg, now they are not competing anymore, because the creates this news program together, with a lot of synergies. So Nimbas and Tilburg/Tias are one now.

Besides Eindhoven, there are other very interesting locations... Taipei! And Berlin. Someone has been to the Berlin Campus?
I know Berlin quite well, I've been many times. Where is the school? Sounds like East Berlin.
