I agree that RSM seems to be a bit more recognized outside of the Netherlands (which may or may not reflect on the strength of their program). Nyenrode, however, seems to command quite a bit of respect from within the Netherlands. Keep in mind that as an older, more established school many of the older generation of Dutch business leaders (and hiring managers) attended school there.
Ultimately, the choice of which school is "better" comes down to what you're looking for in an end result - like where you see yourself working post-MBA and in what industry. Trying not to sound biased, I'll admit that I decided on Nyenrode - only in part, by their scholarship program. Other factors were appealing, the Dutch flavor of the school, small town living, smaller class size, etc.
