1 year finance MBA with a law background?

Any recommendations of a one year MBA for a lawyer (LLM) with around 2 years of experience in capital market transactions / equity markets to deepen understanding of finance? US/Asia/Where ever. Preferably under USD 60.000.

The one year MBAs at Northwestern or Cornell come to mind, but they are well over your budget. How about an MS in finance? Check the FT rankings: http://rankings.ft.com/businessschoolrankings/rankings

That's a tough one. Most of the strong finance programs in the US are going to break your budget. Not even Booth, but programs like Tulane Freeman, SMU Cox, etc. are still pretty pricey.

Maybe something in Asia? HKUST is still a bit above your budget but not as much as the US programs. The program offers a huge variety of finance electives.
