1-year Program for Experienced Professional

Hello Forum -- I am looking for a full-time MBA. I have 16 years of work experience. I have found that the average work experience of students in MBA programs is much lower. Does anyone know of any full-time, preferrably 1-year programs, that require a minimum amount of work experience? Could be USA or Europe. I am looking for a very reputable program.

Almost all dual- or triple- accredited MBA programmes require at least three years' work experience.

Rather than look for a school with a minimum of work experience, why not look for the ones with the most work experience? I list them at http://www.find-mba.com/board/25275/1#post-27175

Duncan's put together a good list to start with. I'd add the following thoughts:

One-year programs are still rare in the US. I can't think of any one-year programs there that cater to more experienced professionals.

You might have better luck in the UK: Durham and Warwick often draw candidates with 10+ years of experience.

In Europe, ESADE would be worth looking at, as would Grenoble, IMD, and RSM.

In the US I can think only of the Ibear MBA at USC and the Sloan Fellows programmes.
