I'd suggest you consider a masters in a marketing domain, perhaps with CIM accreditation, if you want to work specifically in marketing. UCD's masters in marketing practice is outstanding if you want to work in consulting, but you ight be too old for them. Cranfield, Lancaster and ESCP Europe have advanced, creative MSc programmes that work across the marketing, strategy and communications fields and would be a good fit for someone with your background. I'd also look at Birmingham and Norwich business schools.
In terms of MBAs, although I am not sure you'd need an MBA for the roles you mention, I'd look at other schools with strong pre-experience marketing MSc programmes
http://www.best-masters.co.uk/ranking-master-marketing.html#.VibI1RCrSRs like Warwick, Manchester, Edinburgh since these will have good industry connections and should have stong MBA electives in marketing.
