I'm quite interested in pursuing masters in the field of business analytics and have found a couple of universities that offer this particular field of study. However, I'm having a bit of a problem comparing them as they aren't any rankings out there specifically targeting the best business analytics courses. Hoping someone here can help me out.

The business schools there tend to be part of universities that are tech-centric in general, like Carnegie Mellon, Notre Dame, etc. Those and similar universities would be a good place to start.
From people I've talked to, I don't think that most MBA students with typical career paths actually need to specialize in business analytics. There's usually enough electives and other material to understand how to leverage analytics in typical management-style roles. However, for specific career paths, like for in roles in certain parts of marketing and supply chain today, a specialized course in analytics might be useful.
