Well, although it seems there is actually some one that offers A Free MBA( see here: http://www.buzzle.com/editorials/6-28-2006-100753.asp), i really don't it would be worth something, as it certainly won't be accredited, and therefore not really worth doing if you want to use it as a "jumping board" in you're carrier. that being said, it may be a nice way to get some background in businesses theory, if you don't have any.
however, they do have prerequisites:
- College/University graduated or in course to graduate, or
- Good job experience in the choiced MBA matter

i think what u r looking for is a fake degree!that's easy to get from any where u wont also from Ur mother country!!! But It carries only 5% value comparing to full time MBA but still good to have some business knowledge.
