Help me in deciding

I have an admit from HHL Leipzig for their MBA programs and I have decided to go ahead with it. However, one of my friend is wondering if Pforzheim is better in terms of providing employment to its students. We are discussing this and hence I am seeking help here to help my friend convince more.

No, HHL leads to much better outcomes. That is why HHL is in the rankings and Pforzheim is not.
PS Click on the yellow bars at http://www.hhl.de/en/programs/full-time-mba-program/#5 to see the HHL outcomes. And compare the work experience: HHL students have twice as much, so they will get more senior roles.

I would strongly recommend HHL, and an intensive German-language course. HHL allows you to get more deeply into finance and has better placement in the industry. Four out of five international students at HHL end up working in Germany which, given the langauge requirement, is exceptional. Of course no school (outside India) can guarantee placement and you will need to work hard on language accuracy, networking, exploring internships and accent reduction.

Do you mean the class that started in 2015? Or the class that graduated in 2015?

I would say it also depends on what you want from the program, what your budget is, in what industries/countries/region you would like to work, etc.
I consider that Pforzheim offers a great connection between graduates and German employers (Company visits, company projects, companies in the classroom, job fair, etc...).
