Hi All,
I live and work in NY and I am applying to LIM part-time MBA as well as NYU part-time MBA and both schools I would major in Entrepreneurship. I work in (fashion) internet merchandising and would one day like to open my own online retailer. I have 5 years work in experience in retail buying, styling and e-commerce. I am also considering Fordham part-time mba as well because it has an IT major. Or possibliy Europe's Luxury Marketing MBA programs specifically SDA Bocconi. I already have a B.S. in Design and Merchandising, I am looking for a business foundation mixed with marketing for my company. The cost of NYU part-time and LIM is about the same 50K and the duration ia the same about 2.5 years. Schooling for a year in Europe is quiet expensive about 70K. The reason I am considering the part-time program is because I already work in the field I desire, internet merchandising. Even though LIM is not a popular program should I do it beacuse it meets my needs? It has all the classes that I need. Or should I do the NYU program becasue of ther reputaion and net-working. I also am struggling with my g-mat studying I feel that with a low gmat score it might be easier to get into LIM, but I don't want to miss out if NYU is the better choice.
Or what school or program would you recommend?
Please help.
