Warwick, Aberdeen Business School, Dundee in the U.K. There are some interesting energy and resources-focused programs in Canada too (Calgary and Alberta for example)
Some great U.S. programs also have a strong energy component (faculty, location, student clubs, etc.), just not a formal concentration. Here I would include Berkeley, Michigan, and Rice, among others.

And Evan, what do you know about Dundee University, the center of Energy, Petroleum and Mineral Law and Policy. They have an MBA there, do you have any info about that MBA?
Thanks
