Mba in UK or mba in Australia ? Which have more value in other countries? Especially in middle East?

Hello all,
I had completed my bachelor's in business management in 2017. I don't have any work experience. I had scored 61℅ aggregate in bbm and 6.5 in ielts.
I'm looking forward to do mba in UK, CANADA or AUSTrALIA.
But, as per my knowledge, there are no top colleges in Canada providing mba for fresher's(Q1.please let me know if there are any.)
Coming to UK, they don't provide work after mba. So ill have to move out to some country.(Q2. Is it a good option to do mba from uk from colleges like Coventry uni.,cardiff uni., Greenwich uni. Etc.. and look for job in Canada or Australia or somewhere in middle East ?)
Talking about Australia , I found that deakin university, and Griffith university are providing mba for fresher's and they are too ranked too. But im not sure of Australia mba outside Australia.(Q3. Should I do mba from these universities just because of stay back option ? Are these universities well accepted and have good brand name , same like cardiff uni and other universities, in other countries ?)

Which uni. Or country will give better employment after the course }?

Please help me and guide me for my mba.

Certainly there are no good Freshers MBA options in Europe. Here you could take an MSc at a great business school. Look at the financial times ranking for masters in management.

I'm specifically looking for mba only sir.
Is austalia good friend mba or UK ?
Which have more value in other countries ?

I can't imagine that a UK Freshers MBA would be valued anywhere. None of the best, triple crown, schools offer them and that is where traditional MBA recruiters go. So, try Australia. At least the immigration situation is better there.

But top universities like Cardiff university, Coventry university and all are providing mba for fresher's.
Cardiff is top 20 business school in UK and a Russel group institution with aacsb or equis accredition.
So do you think it's good to go there ?

I think Cardiff is an excellent option for the PhD. You can't really say that all the Russell Group are top universities or that all the top universities are in the Russell Group: St Andrews, for example, is better than Cardiff for most subjects. The Russell Group is especially about research and, certainly, Cardiff is better known for research than for teaching.
