I want to work ( Entry level management roles) in UK but seeing the current job scenario I am not sure whether I will get a sponsorship or not ,so , in that case I may have to return back to India . I want to know which Universities in UK have good employee reputation and help an Indian student to land a job there itself?

Read that article. Follow the link to the FT. Sort their ranking by 'international mobility'. If you go to a school with a good track record at placing overseas students, then it should be straightforward.

I have now got offers from University of Strathclyde Business School for MBM and University of Bristol for MSc in Management. I am thinking of going for Strathclyde. What do you advice? which college is more recognized in India which college will be worth it?I will be taking study loan. So for me this is a crucial decision.

Why dont you apply to business schools based in London. Cass and Imperial are a way better choices for you than the ones you have mentioned above.
