So, as I promised here I am to share my interview experience with Cass. It was a phone interview and lasted about 25 min.
The interviewer was very kind and polite and asked the following questions:
1. Why MBA?
2. Where do you see yourself working 2/3 years after graduation?
3. Where do you see yourself working 20 years after graduation?
4. Then he made a very specific question related to my essays. Linked with a solution that I took on my current project (leadership). He wanted to know more about how the people in my team reacted.
5. If any of your teammates in Cass wasn't pulling his own weight, what would you do?
6. Let's assume that your group has a project to develop in Turkey. One of your colleagues says, "I know everything about Turkey, so don't worry because I'll do the work". What would you do?
7. After graduation, what words would your team members use to describe you?
8. How do you intend to fincance your MBA?
9. Do you have any questions for me?
The interviewer spoke several times, along the interview, about the fact that the Cass's MBA is very intensive and tough. I think he really wanted to feel wether I am ready for the challenge or not.
At the end he told me that they will reply within 2 weeks. I really wish to receive the final offer!
