Considering the economic situation and job market in the UK, the common factor I heard from most people is that companies are not considering the MBA degree (Unless you graduated from any Top B schools), They mostly prefer previous experience and are more likely to get a job only relevant to that. What's your thought on this?<br><br>Another thing is that job opportunities and preference are slightly higher when you are in London or nearby city? Is this even a case to be considered ?

The data show that better schools get better placement,&nbsp; unsurprisingly. A better school would give you much better outcomes.&nbsp;<br><br>Unemployment is highest in London and so is the supply of foreign talent. Jobs are distributed in line with the population.&nbsp; I don't see any data to suggest London schools have better placement.&nbsp;

Quickly scanning the two programmes, I'd say that Strathclyde appears a bit more orientated towards digital business and may provide a better foundation for the kind of career move you want into product management or business analysis. It has modules on digital transformation and data and analytics as part of the core programme whereas Sheffield's core appears a bit more traditional.

Also a similar person was on the board recently and I recommended to them engineering management and programme management degrees at Strathclyde and Manchester [one each in their management and business schools].&nbsp;
