Hey guys, does anybody know in general terms how much scholarship money is available at MBA programs from UK b-schools? I'd like to do a good program like Imperial or Cranfield but wondering if they actually give out much scholarship money.

At least compared to US schools, these UK programs are relatively affordable. That said, they do tend to offer at least some kind of scholarships.
I just read that Cranfield has up to 20 merit-based scholarships a year (for a class that ranges from 60-70 per year), which range from 10k GBP to 50 percent of tuition fees.
Of course, since these are merit-based, you're not *guaranteed* to get one, but having a great GMAT score, or a high undergrad class rank, or something else where you excel, will help.

Yes, laurie is right, some of the UK programs do offer nice scholarship packages to some students.
But in general, getting into the best school you can, regardless of scholarship offerings, is the better choice. This is because business schools use scholarships to draw in higher-quality applicants to improve their cohort stats. But for the higher-quality applicants, if they went to a better school with less funding, their post-graduation salary would usually be higher, giving them a better long-term investment.
