There are less than 40 accredited MBAs in California, so that's not a big task. You can get a list at http://business-schools.startclass.com/ and work your way through. My gut feeling is that you might not find one in the Valley, since one year MBAs are aimed at people progressing in their current career direction, role and location and the EMBA market is better aimed at that. The closest option may be the IBEAR MBA at USC.

SJSU has an accelerated program for early career professionals, that's probably the closest you'll find in terms of your specifications. There's also the Hult campus in San Francisco.

However, you haven't mentioned your goals. For most students looking to work in the Valley, taking another year and doing an MBA from Haas or Stanford would be preferable than either of those two choices. The USC program, while nowhere near the valley, might also be a better choice as well, given the school's standing, ranking, and wider network.
