I have 16 years of experience. My qualification is Master of Technology, Civil Engineering, passed out from NITW. I want to pursue MBA in and around Washington DC with parttime working. Please advice me universities which suits my choice.

I think you should look at the websites of some MBA programmes; generally you'll find that AACSB-accredited MBA programmes look for three or more years of work experience and both GMAT and TOEFL scores.
