Quantitative Finance vs Corporate Finance

Hi,

Can anyone help me with the basic difference between the corporate finance and quantitative finance?
Also, I think, Ms in corporate finance will be a better choice for me being a Chartered Accountant & from commerce background. Suggestions pls
Is the job market in US more favorable for quantitative finance then corporate finance?

These are very different. Corporate finance will be closer to your background.

Maybe there are more job opportunities for foreigners with quant finance, on the other hand.
