Canada has lots of good colleges.
Ivey, York, Queens, McGill, Rotman, UBC, U of Alberta.
Just apply to all of them.
In terms which one is better. I believe Ivey is the best MBA program in Canada.
Note that I don't have any affiliation whatsoever with Ivey, so this comment is unbiased =)
After MBA, you'll get a 3 (three) year work permit (if the program is 2 year long).
And if the program is ~1 year, you'll get 1 year work permit post graduation (please re-check on this, I might get it wrong)
Then you can apply for PR.
If you work hard enough, you can get a good job.

yes, it is possible to work part-time and still studying for an MBA. But I don't think you can study MBA full-time since you won't have the time to do your homework and project.
But you have to remember about the work permit eligibility.
If you are a permanent resident, then it won't be a problem to work wherever you want. But if your immigration status is student, it is almost impossible to work legally... I mean you can work in the kitchen of local chinese restaurant illegally. nobody knows.

If you mean UBC Sauder or Simon Fraser University (or maybe the University of Victoria) than your chances of landing a job-post gradation are pretty good. There aren't a lot of other MBA programs in the province that would be worth it.
