Tsinghua MBA and MIT Masters Degree

I just read that you for MBA students at Tsinghua University and Fudan University, one can now enroll in a one year masters program at M.I.T. Sloan in management. If two years, it may be a great opportunity. Three years may be too long a break from a career for some students. Which University would be better to go to if one wanted to apply to this degree program, Fudan or Tsinghua?

From my research, Tsinghua appears to have some good opportunities with American/European Universities. Aside from this opportunity, one can also do the MIT and Stanford short term exchanges and semester exchanges at Yale and Northwestern. Does anyone know if the Fudan MBA has similar programs with prestigious institutions?

I found something for the Fudan EMBA: There is an exchange with the Washington University EMBA Program.

Thanks - I kept getting their Chinese website and could not find their English website. I imagine the big decision is whether you want to be in Beijing or Shanghai. From what I hear from Chinese, both are good schools in China.

Does anyone know which school attracts more international students to its MBA program?

I believe Tsinghua has 50% international students this year - 30% last year. I am not sure about Fudan - I heard it is not as internationalized but you should check first. You should also check CEIBS out - they do not have the MIT program, but I believe they have a program you can do with Tufts (if you want to go to Boston).

I called the Tsinghua MBA office - they mentioned that the MIT program will be modeled closely to the HEC program in Paris. This means students would spend their first year at Tsinghua and their second year at M.I.T. In the end, they would get a MBA from Tsinghua and a master degree from M.I.T. For students that do the HEC program, they get MBA degrees from two schools.

I imagine Fudan is the same. For me, I think Beijing would be better to live in than Shanghai - so I am leaning toward Tsinghua.

I am a chinese student and know something about both the universities you've mentioned.
So in my opinion, either Tsinghua's or Fudan?s Mba project is highly recognized in domestic business field. And many multinational company wish to employ these graduates for their local development every year.
