It's a decent school. Not top tier by any means, but there are a few qualities that make it stand out:
1. Maastricht is a center of business in the Netherlands - so being close to businesses, and the networking opportunities that that proximity enables, is a plus.
2. (relatively) inexpensive - the one year program is less than 13,000 euros.
3. Good international connections - students can enroll in courses in Asia, Africa, and other places. Helpful if you are pursuing international work experience, or you plan to work in one of the places that MSM has a campus.
If you are looking for a school with these qualities, then it's a fine choice. As a safety school if you applying to better schools (IMD, INSEAD) it would work. But I wouldn't expect the instruction and connections that come with going to a higher-ranked school.
