Anybody know of any full time MBA program in Germany that would let me take classes in both English and German? Preferably if the core classes were in English and I could select some elective classes in German.

I don't think that this is possible at WHU's or HHL's MBA.
HHL has only programmes in English language (MSc, MBA, for part-time as well as full-time),
WHU in Duesseldorf (that's where the MBA program takes place) also only programmes in English.
I think both schools will offer some form of language classes, but you asked for MBA courses taught in German.
WHU offers the MSc program in Vallendar/Koblenz which itself is completely in English, but since at the same campus also the bilingual Bachelor program is offered, it is possible to take (voluntarily and thus not recognized in your actual study program) courses instructed in German. Take note that the German speaking courses tend to be basic business, law-related or non-business courses.
