I suggest you focus on the US, since in Europe you'll need three years' work experience to attend an accredited MBA.

What are your career goals? In terms of US schools, there's a few that may fit your profile. Start by researching these:
Missouri - Trulaske: this school generally recruits younger candidates. Strong program, too.
Buffalo
Syracuse - Whitman
Tennessee Knoxville
NCSU Jenkins - for this school, you're a bit higher than the average GMAT but lower on work experience, so it might work out.
If you had a bit more work experience, I would suggest a school like Rutgers.
